Blueberry Spinach Green Smoothies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if using fresh you will need to add some ice to your smoothie before blending)
- 1 fresh or frozen medium banana
- A little honey, stevia, or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
The Add-ons
- 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
- 1/2 cup additional frozen berries of choice
- 1 serving of your preferred protein and/or green superfood powder
DIRECTIONS
Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend for 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
